A. This is a common dilemma and is not a problem. We can call your venue and check the dimensions. As we are local we can also visit the venue with the chair covers to ensure they fit perfectly.
A. We offer a professional service and will deliver, fit and collect the chair covers and sashes. On the morning of your event, or the evening before if the venue permits, we will deliver and fit the freshly laundered chair covers and sashes at your venue leaving plenty of time before your event begins. We will then arrange a suitable time with you or your venue for collection to ensure a hassle-free service all round.
A. We do not ask for a damage deposit. However, if after your event any of the chair covers or sashes are damaged beyond repair we will send an invoice to cover our costs.
A. We will liase with the venue staff to discuss arrangements for the chair covers to be stored ready for us to collect the following day.
A. Yes. Changes to numbers can be made up to 21 days before your wedding day or event. The final balance will be based on the number of chairs you have ordered at this point and changes made within 21 days of your wedding will not be eligible for a refund.
A. Please fill in the online Quote Form, we will let you know if the date you require is available. If you wish to book after receiving your quote please confirm the date you require by email so we can hold this for you. To confirm the booking, please download and complete the booking form from the website and post it to us with a cheque covering 25% deposit. This must be received within 2 weeks of your email to retain your date. The amount of deposit required can be found on your quote. Final numbers and payment is due 21 days before your event date.
A. Yes, we require a 25% deposit along with your booking form within 2 weeks of the email confirmation to retain your date. The amount of the deposit can be found on the quotation we send to you.
A. 28 days before your wedding date we will call you to check on final numbers and send you an invoice. At this point we will also call your venue to discuss arrangements for the day. Payment in full is required 21 days prior to your wedding or event.
A. We accept cheques or bank transfers. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for our bank account details.
